    Regular Membership in this organization shall be confined to those who are employed in the circulation department or in a management capacity of paid circulation weekly or daily newspapers published or distributed in the states of Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, or Wyoming.

    EXTRACT FROM BY-LAWS
    ARTICLE VIII - APPLICANTS
    All applicants for membership shall be submitted in writing and shall be approved by at least two members of the association. Application thus made shall be filed with the Secretary-Treasurer of the association and by him/her placed before the association at the next meeting at which time they may be elected to membership provided that; if three or more members shall vote against acceptance of any applicant, his/her application shall be rejected.
    ARTICLE IX - INITIATION FEE
    An initiation fee of Ten Dollars shall accompany each application for membership in the association. This fee to be returned to applicant should applicant be for any reason rejected. Annual Dues to be paid upon acceptance.
    REPORT OF MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE
    All membership dues are $35 annually - a bill will be mailed to you.
